EstHus OÜ is implementing the project “Transforming EstHus OÜ into a standardised and data-driven manufacturing company”, co-financed by the European Union through the Cohesion Policy Funds 2021–2027 and by the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency.
The aim of the project is to develop EstHus OÜ from a project-based and largely manual work organisation into a standardised, product-based and data-driven sales and manufacturing company for timber structures.
Within the project, the company’s production, management, design and sales capabilities will be developed. The development plan will be implemented through interconnected activities that support the transition from a project-based work organisation to a standardised and data-driven product model. The activities include developing process and management capabilities for the factory production of timber structures, developing a product solution for factory-based renovation, developing a portfolio of standardised house models, creating design and main contracting capabilities that generate added value, and developing a digital and network-based sales model in target markets.
Project period: 24.03.2026–24.09.2027
The total cost of the project is EUR 399,879, of which EstHus OÜ’s own contribution is at least EUR 219,933.45 and the maximum grant amount is EUR 179,945.55.
