MHM - Massiv-Holz-Mauer®
The foundation of our homes is cross-layered solid wood wall – MHM construction. Massiv-Holz-Mauer is a massive solid wood wall element that does not contain film, glue or chemical substances and allows natural heat exchange and moisture movement, ensuring a self-regulating indoor climate. With a simple but ingenious solution, the structure has been made very strong and durable. Cross-laminated massive wood is produced with a CNC bench, where the precision is accurate to the millimeter. MHM – Massiv-Holz-Mauer offers much more architectural possibilities than, for example, when building a log house, but they have a similar indoor climate.
Cross-layered solid wood wall Massiv-Holz-Mauer (MHM), is produced from high-quality softwood boards. The profiled boards are mounted on the serviette and connected layer by layer into semi-finished wall elements using aluminum nails. The necessary door and window openings are made for each semi-finished wall element in a CNC processing center. All the holes, grooves and cutouts necessary for heating, sanitary equipment, electrical plugs and other devices are made with the help of a computer in the MHM wall with high precision.
Of course, it is also very easy to do additional milling work later. And as a bonus, you can hang heavy things on the wall at any time. For example, you don’t have to worry about the TV falling off the wall.
